Since 1985 Life Choices has provided free supportive services to women facing unplanned pregnancies. In 2008 Life Choices became a life-affirming pregnancy medical center operating under the license of a Washington State physician, offering medical quality pregnancy testing, early ultrasounds to confirm pregnancy, and information on pregnancy options. In an effort to address problems associated with pregnancy decisions, they established a family support program to provide mentoring, incentive-based pregnancy and parenting classes,                       and The Baby Boutique.

Increasing our services to focus on sexual health, Life Choices started providing testing and treatment in 2013 for the most commonly occurring sexually transmitted infections in the Yakima Valley. Additionally, the Think Twice Healthy Relationships program has sought to reduce teen pregnancy since 2015 by educating students to make smart choices aimed at a better future. Life Choices serves approximately 1,000 families in the center each year, serving over 36,000 families to date.
